This delightful plate was made by Royal Albert in the 1940s. They made a set of six ladies and I think this one is called "Anne" and is the first in the series. The Crinoline lady is quite hard to find these days so it's a precious piece. It measures 25cm x 23cm.

The original gilding has smudged round the edges, but this adds to its appeal and it is otherwise perfect.
